Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the promotion. You may be asked at any stage to provide proof of age or identity.
The promotion shall take place from June 4, 2017 through July 31, 2017.
Each household shall be entitled to make only one (1) entry to the promotion. In the event that Richards Honda deems an entrant to have made multiple applications or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from the promotion and consequently ineligible to win the promotional prize as de ned below.
The promotional prize shall be a travel voucher in the amount of $3000 with Gulf South Travel. No part of this sum may be converted to cash in any way. In the event that the winner chooses a vacation valued less than $3000 the winner will forfeit the remaining funds. No refund will be issued to the winner. In the event that the winner chooses a vacation valued over $3000 the winner is responsible for payment beyond $3000.
Richards Honda shall notify the winner via E-mail or phone within 30 days. The winner shall have one year to utilize the travel voucher after which point the voucher will be considered forfeit.
Notwithstanding section 5 above, in the event that for any reason whatsoever, the winner fails to respond within 30 days to the E-mail noti cation of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize and Richards Honda shall have no obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
Richards Honda’s decision is nal with respect to all matters relating to the awarding of the promotional prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
In the event that multiple entrants have the correct answer, a winner will be chosen at random from the pool of entrants with the correct answer.
By entering the promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the promotion and the awarding of the prize.
Your participation in the promotion is considered your agreement that Richards Honda may contact you during or after the promotion including contact related to future sales or service promotions.
By entering the promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Richards Honda, its legal representatives, a liates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective o cers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever su ered or sustained in connection to the promotion or the acceptance of the prize.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the prize.
Richards Honda reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.
Richards Honda reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if in its sole judgment; the promotion is not capable of being conducted as speci ed.
Richards Honda reserves the right to disclose the winners name and likeness.
These Terms and Conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
All employees, immediate family of employees, contractors, and suppliers of Richards Honda and The Hollingsworth Richards Auto Group are excluded from this promotion.
No purchase or test drive is necessary to enter the promotion.
