I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle; something a little bigger than the car that I had. Mr. Zito showed me around and I was able to find a great certified SUV (Honda Pilot). Pros: genuinely friendly sales rep, large onsite inventory of my desired car, friendly sales mgr, didn't have to deal with an irritating accounting rep pushing several money-wasting add-ons (they were mentioned; I said no thanks; we moved on), minimal time to close the deal

I was quite pleased with my previous 2002 Accord Coupe with its 146,000 miles. Hopefully, this Accord Sedan EX-L will be as reliable as my previous car.
